Overview
The AI-800 is a fixed UHF RFID reader with Android 12 built in. It runs on an RK3568 2.0 GHz quad-core processor with 2 GB RAM and 16 GB storage (4 GB + 64 GB optional). Its Impinj E710 engine reads EPC Gen2 / ISO 18000-6C tags at up to 1100 tags per second, with anti-collision polling across eight SMA antenna ports.
It connects over 10/100 Ethernet, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and 2G / 3G / 4G, and has RS232, two USB 3.0 Type-A ports (one OTG), isolated GPIO and HDMI output up to 4K. RSSI, module temperature detection and antenna connection protection are supported.
The aluminum alloy housing runs on 12–24 V DC, PoE or PoE+. Applications are developed in Java on Android 12 with the terminal SDK and Eclipse or Android Studio.
